What is RSS?

RSS, or Really Simple Syndication, is a way to get information without actually visiting a website. RSS feeds contain headlines and links to longer articles or web pages. Question Everything feeds are a convenient way to stay up-to-date on weight loss issues. Plus it’s free!

How do RSS feeds work?

Desktop software applications, called news readers, collect, update and display RSS feeds from a variety of sources. Several free news readers are available to download. Here are a few to choose from.
